The basic rules for use of the public site, read-only APIs and data exports.
Acceptance and scope
By accessing or using perpdex.io, its public API or exported files, you agree to use the service under these terms and the Research Disclaimer. If you do not agree, stop using the service.
Permitted use
You may use public pages, APIs and exports for personal research, internal analysis, citation and non-disruptive technical verification, provided reasonable attribution to perpdex.io and the original source is retained and material results are independently checked.
Prohibited use
You may not use the service for unlawful conduct, bypass access controls, seek secrets, credentials or non-public data, disrupt collection or service operation, evade reasonable rate limits, distribute malicious code, or misrepresent research data as an official conclusion, investment advice or actual trading result.
API, CSV and third-party data
Public APIs and CSV files are provided as-is. Fields, coverage, retention windows and rate limits may change with research methods or upstream sources. Third-party data remains subject to the relevant source terms, licences and rights; this site grants no additional rights in third-party marks, documentation or data.
Changes and availability
perpdex.io may suspend, limit, change or discontinue features for security, data quality, cost, upstream changes or maintenance. Historical records may be pruned under the rolling-retention policies disclosed on the relevant page. The service does not promise uninterrupted operation or permanent preservation of any public endpoint or download format.
User responsibility
You are responsible for verifying data, assessing risk and complying with applicable law. Any trading or capital decision is yours alone. perpdex.io does not custody funds, connect user wallets or replace venue risk controls or suitability assessment.
Disclaimers and liability
The Research Disclaimer forms part of these terms. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, perpdex.io is not responsible for direct or indirect loss arising from data errors, delay, interruption, third-party source changes or reliance on the site. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Updates
When these terms materially change, the version and effective date on this page will be updated. Continued use means acceptance of the version then in effect.
Contact & data corrections
To report a data error, address-label issue or methodology concern, contact us through the personal Telegram or X account. Never send private keys, API secrets, identity documents or other sensitive information.
